Application Conditions
a) Provided that they are in the last year of high school or have graduated:
1. Those who are foreign nationals,
2. Those who are Turkish citizens by birth but lose their Turkish citizenship by obtaining permission from the Ministry of Interior to renounce their Turkish citizenship, and those who certify that they have a blue card, which is given upon request to those who lost their Turkish citizenship, (Article 7 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. A child born in a marriage union with a citizen mother or father is a Turkish citizen.” It is useful for candidates who will apply for admission quotas from abroad to examine the Turkish Citizenship Law.) 3. Those who have acquired Turkish citizenship after being a foreign national / dual nationals in this situation
4) a) Among the Turkish national students who continued their secondary education abroad before 01/02/2013, those who completed the last three years of their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country excluding the TRNC (who completed their entire secondary education (high school) in Turkish schools opened by the Ministry of National Education in a foreign country other than the TRNC) including)
b) Among the candidates who started secondary education abroad after 01/02/2013, those who completed their entire secondary education (high school) in a foreign country excluding the TRNC (including those who completed their entire secondary education (high school) in Turkish schools opened by the Ministry of National Education in a foreign country other than the TRNC)
5. He is TRNC national; Those who reside in the TRNC and have completed secondary education (high school) in the TRNC and have GCE AL exam results, and those who have or will have GCE AL exam results by registering and studying at colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010
applications will be accepted,
b) Candidates
1. T.C. Those who are nationals and have completed all of their secondary education (high school) in Turkey or the TRNC,
2.K.K.T.C. nationals (except those who have completed their secondary education (high school) in TRNC high schools and have GCE AL results, and those who have or will have GCE AL exam results by registering and studying at colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010)
The first nationality of T.C. by birth as defined in paragraph 2 of article 3.a. dual nationals (except for those who meet the conditions in clause 4 of article a)
4. One of his nationalities is TRNC. (excluding those who have completed their secondary education (high school) in TRNC high schools and have GCE AL results, and those who have or will have GCE AL exam results by registering and studying in colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010)
5. Those who are Turkish citizens or dual nationals whose first nationality is Turkish by birth as defined in clause 2 of article a, who studied at schools within the embassies in Turkey and foreign high schools in Turkey
applications are not accepted.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Application Principles
* Applications are made online on the University website between the dates specified in the announcement. Candidates will upload the required documents to the online application system.
* The applications of the candidates who are missing any of the application documents will not be evaluated.
* Candidates who make more than one application in the same application period and have different preferences in each application will not be considered. For candidates with the same preferences but different rankings, their first application will be evaluated.
* The exams in the status of high school graduation exams are valid indefinitely, and the exams in the status of university entrance exam are valid for 2 (two) years.
Required documents for application
a) An official document issued by the secondary education institution showing the date of graduation for candidates who have not received a high school diploma or high school diploma, and a notarized copy translated into Turkish or English,
For diplomas used as exam result documents, Equivalence Certificate or Apostille Seal is required for countries that are party to the Apostille Seal, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval is required for countries that are not parties. (If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval is made on the back of the document, all candidates must upload their documents to the system with the approval visible.)
b) Transcript and notarized copy translated into Turkish or English,
c) Passport sample,
d) 1 passport size photograph,
d) Exam result document and a certified copy translated into Turkish or English, (Accepted Exams)
In all exam result documents taken from abroad;
Apostille Seal is required for countries that are party to the Apostille Seal, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval is required for non-partisan countries. (If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval is made on the back of the document, all candidates must upload their documents to the system with the approval visible.)
e) Document Concerning the Exercise of Rights Granted by Law No. 5203, received by the minor children of those who are Turkish citizens by birth, but who have obtained permission from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to renounce Turkish citizenship and are registered in the certificate of renunciation of Turkish citizenship.

f) Documented Identity Registration Sample for dual nationals who are foreign nationals by birth and later acquired Turkish citizenship
g) "Name Equivalence Certificate" for candidates with double names
